Very quick and easy service

Myself & a mummy friend had a 3 course meal at Gordon Ramsays Grill... the whole experience from start to finish blew us away. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing & we didn't feel rushed at all. Great relaxing atmosphere Would totally recommend this wonderful experience

We were greeted warmly & shown to our room. Two flights of steep steps, not good but the manager saw my wife struggle with the climb & very kindly reallocated a room on the first floor. Excellent staff with a warm approach to guests. Breakfast - spot on to set you up for the day but do try a steak in the evening - fantastic.

The staff were amazing & knowledgeable. They put us at ease as it is a fairly exclusive restaurant. The drinks were very expensive as were the extras. Overall though, an exceptional experience

I can be a difficult person to buy for and I am aware of this so a flying experience was perfect for me. It was very easy to use and book the experience, highly recommend

The welcome and service was good and friendly. Good food. Actors brilliant with interesting twists. Good accommodation with delightful 4 footed ling eared neighbours. A few practical points: Entrance sign on the road hidden behind trees on inside bend - no time to turn left safely. Instructions on use of shower need to be provided, particularly with warning that water can become scalding hot.

A super sparking afternoon tea for two at Coombe Abbey near Coventry. A beautiful historic house with an elegant garden room where tea is served. A lovely present from my grandchildren for myself and a friend. Loved every minute!
