Historical Attractions

Send them to a historical attraction for a blast from the past. Tours are an enjoyable and immersive way to learn about the UK’s history, culture and traditions. Get a grandparent a trip down to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard to see some of the nation’s most famous naval ships. Walk aboard Lord Nelson’s HMS Victory and the HMS Warrior battleship from 1860. There’s even a Horrible Histories exhibit for the little ones! Or gift an English Heritage annual pass for access to over 400 iconic sites across the UK. Explorers can visit the mysterious Stonehenge, the stunning Osborne House and Henry VIII’s Pendennis Castle. History buffs are sure to be fascinated!

Treat Them to a Birthday Meal

There’s not much better than eating and drinking in good company. Especially if the food is out of this world! Our collection of luxury restaurants give diners a taste of delicious dishes from world-class chefs. Choose a Michelin-star bistro for something unforgettable, like a meal at Hawkyns or Galvin La Chapelle. Or, perhaps delve into food heaven and enjoy a plethora of signature dishes from famous chefs like Gordan Ramsay or Marco Pierre White.

80th Birthday Breaks

Avid travellers are bound to love a short break. Calming countryside retreats nestled amongst nature offer true serenity, creating the perfect place to unwind and relax. One or two nights in a boutique city hotel offers a touch more excitement with plenty of electrifying activities to satisfy any adventurer.

Triumph Factory tour, a proper insight.

I'd recommend this for anyone interested in Manufacturing in the UK let Alone triumph owner/riders! A real education in cogs turning and understanding. Worth getting there an hour earlier to browse the museum collection first, upstairs & downstairs as it is relevant to the tour. Our guide Neil was both informative and passionate.

Harrods Best Afternoon Tea in London

We booked Afternoon Tea for 6 at The Georgian Restaurant in Harrods. The staff were so welcoming, showed us to our table which was a lovely corner booth. We all ordered different teas , the sandwiches were beautifully presented along with lovely pastries, scones 4 different flavours of jams, 2 sets of sandwiches were provided along with further teas. The pianist played which added to the ambience in a beautiful setting. It was a fantastic day and we would rate it the best afternoon tea in London .
