Absolutely brilliant day. Wonderful setting, fantastic animals kept as naturally as possible, lots of space to roam, hide & be themselves. A true breath of fresh air to see, unlike any other captive setting I’ve visited. The afternoon tea was delicious, friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

I chose a visit to London Zoo for the first time and a meal for two at Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurant in Mayfair which was excellent value.

The staff from start to finish were incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff who work with the animals gave so much detail about the each animal they showed great passion and dedication, which really added to the experience. Plenty of picnic areas both shaded and in the sun. We couldn't locate a water fountain/ water bottle refill but that was the only negative. We all had a great time, would go again.

Amazing day, flew three owls. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Would definitely go again. Lots to see

What an amazing day. The keeper was so knowledgeable and helpful, we went through the gorilla house and up on to the roof. The gorillas were out in the garden and we fed them fresh fruit and veg. There were just 4 in our group so plenty of time to ask everything we wanted to.Then on to the jeep safari, seeing animals that were not on the walking trail, great commentary from our driver. All in all highly recommended, it was a very special day.
