Very much enjoyed the sparkling wine and the 3 course meal. The deserts were gorgeous and the risotto was just right.

My 16yr old daughter drove 3 different cars she really enjoyed it and can’t wait to be 18 to go on the adult track , only down side I paid £50 for picture package and they couldn’t download onto phone so I just got the SD card of pics

Have a brilliant half day rallying at this proper exciting set up. The cars were perfect, the track let you put your learnings into practive and the tuition from Pork Pie Paul had the right balance of entertaining and knowledge. Gotta go back again!

Fabulous day out! The food was delicious! And very well presented it didn't look a lot, but was very filling we even had to take some home with us. The staff are really nice and looked after us well.

What a fantastic experience, such fun making up your own scent. Loved it so much I had a second one made as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Couldn't wish for a more relaxing day, I enjoyed of the facilities eg, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool before and after my two treatments, just wish the back, neck and should massage and Indian head massage lasted longer I was enjoying them so much. However, I was disappointed that there are no many spa options in Bournemouth or Poole where I live, most locations are above London, which is too far to travel. Whilst at the hotel I chatted with a mother & daughter that had come from Southampton as they said the same thing. Also I found the Red Letter Day website quite hard to navigate as when searching for a spa location it ignored my postcode, which wasn't very helpful & once I had entered my gift code it took me to bookings at the West Cliff, so I had no option of venue. Website needs to be seriously looked at.

Brought this as a little break for myself and my partner. The staff were all very helpful. The spa was really nice, very clean and very relaxing. We had treatments too and they were very good, the therapists were great! We had lunch in the restaurant and although it was a set menu it was a very good selection and it was very tasty. We came home and immediately booked another break here, this time staying overnight. We really look forward to returning.
