The experience from start to finish was amazing! All the animals looked happy and well cared for, any staff we bumped into were so friendly and helpful answering any questions about the animals we had, nothing seemed to much! The safari was an amazing experience and the afternoon tea was incredible! Such an amazing day from start to finish ??

My husband and I were gifted this experience by a friend for Christmas. The voucher came in a nice red envelope. Booking had to be made by contacting the restaurant directly, rather than online. So it wasn't the easiest but since we had allergies we would have called or emailed anyway. The experience itself was amazing! The restaurant was quiet at 12pm even on a Saturday (I think most people go for dinner). The staff was polite and we knew we stepped into a luxurious place. The food was very tasty!! It was just enough that neither of us felt peckish until dinner (despite walking a LOT the rest of the day), but not too much so we could enjoy it all without feeling bloated. We are both very much into Japanese culture, and can say that Ginza St James offer an authentic experience, for Japanese lovers and curious foodies fan alike. The wagyu menchi katsu was divine, especially dipped in the sauce made of raw yok and soy. We had a glass of champagne included, and treated ourselves to lovely cocktails too. The tea selection is unique and I found a new favourite. The restaurant dealt really well with our allergies too, they had it all written and adapted slightly the menu for us. I highly recommend this experience; it's unique and really worth it! PS: I only was allowed to upload 2 pictures, there was more food on the table!

Best gift ever for my son birthday

My son was gifted this for Christmas and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He learned lots of interesting facts about meerkats from the keeper and got to feed them lots of mealworms. There were some 5 week old babies which made the experience even more memorable! A unique and memorable gift for children and adults of all ages.

The venue was good friendly staff,food was good ,the atmosphere was of a friendly but competitive. The cast held their own with the buzz of the crowd with the storyline being laid outand the clues giving an insight into a good whodunit. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. RED letter should hold their heads up high

We were kindly gifted this experience and it was amazing! The ambience, staff and food were just perfect. Felt very welcomed and indulged in the fusion of Indo-Western afternoon tea treats to our hearts' content.

A really fun gift for a big birthday from my children. Afternoon tea was lovely. The Murder Mystery was very well done and we had great fun with the guests on our table trying to work out who did it. Alas we were wrong. The Murder 57 Company were excellent. The dinner was fine, although the main could have been warmer. Likewise breakfast was not very hot. The hotel was nice. We stayed for two extra nights before the event. Our room was looking a little on the tired side and the bathroom certainly requires a refurbishment, bath panel cracked, a cracked tile and mould on the grouting. Also a crack in the sink. It took us back to the 1980's, when we bought our first house - colour of bathroom suite ivory. A small wardrobe with five hangers for two people. We had to lay our coats on the table. No double glazing which meant the windows were running in condensation. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Sorry we didn't take any photos. Overall a very good experience. We would do it again. Now we have to book our theatre break in London.

Everything about this was fantastic, from the check in, to the equipment, the safety briefing (was perfect length, not boring but got the point across) to the instructors and the jump it's self, everything was amazing! Would fully recommend to anyone! Will be doing again!

My son loved his first flight - Goodwood was great venue, and Plessey/Aerovolt flying club v welcoming. Stephen was a great instructor. Would highly recommend for first flying experience and lessons.

Amazing experience, adrenaline pumping, great views from the top, even the ride up to the top in the truck was exciting. You feel.incredibly safe and very impressed with their thorough safety checks. Highly recommended.
