Take your seats at the best table in the house and enjoy your view into the kitchen to see your dishes be carefully plated up, starting with snacks and a selection of starts such as beef tartare, heritage beetroot salad and burrata. Then move on to the main; a Butcher's Feast of house dry-aged T-Bone, prime rib or treacle cured pork, all served with a selection of sides and sauces like honey glazed carrots, creamy mash and chimichurri. End this exceptional meal with desserts for the table, including chocolate brownie and cheesecake or opt for the savoury choice of a selection of British cheeses.
