We had a really nice time. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Very relaxing surroundings, added to the ambiance of the room. Loved the piano feature. The Afternoon Tea itself was absolutely delicious. All in all it was a very delightful experience. Highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed our afternoon tea at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. The Palm restaurant was glamorous but relaxing. We’ll definitely repeat this one.
