Meeting the Meerkats for Two in Oxfordshire

Meet a family of lovable meerkats with this exclusive experience. Spend some quality time with these fascinating animals and learn all about them thanks to the highly knowledgeable staff. Start the day with a brief safety briefing before joining the keeper inside the enclosure. Feed the meerkats their favourite snacks and discover first-hand their inquisitive nature and strong character - they may even use you as a climbing frame! Spend 30 minutes with the meerkats, then enjoy all day entry to the rest of Millets Wildside Centre, discovering the 100+ other animals that live there.

• Availability Description

  Available Tuesday–Sunday, year round, subject to existing availability. Weekends must be booked early. The park closes only on Christmas Day.

• Participant Guidelines

  The centre welcomes under 16s accompanied by an adult. Minimum age: 8 years. It is not advisable for pregnant women to participate in this experience. There is disability access. Please call ahead for more details.

• Weather

  In the event of extreme weather the experience will be postponed.

• Duration Detail

  Spend 30 minutes with the meerkats. All-day entry to Millets Falconry Centre is included. Millets Falconry Centre is open from 10.30am–4.30pm.

• Numbers On The Day

  There may be up to eight meerkat enthusiasts sharing this experience.

• Dress Code

  Please dress according to the weather. Avoid shorts and open-toe shoes.
