The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round. For The View from The Shard, after receiving the voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Gordon Ramsay's Savoy Grill is available to book Monday–Friday. Please check opening dates and times prior to visiting. All booking is subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines

The View from The Shard visit lasts approximately one hour. Please enquire at point of booking for available reservation times for the restaurant. - Numbers on the Day

All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Receive two vouchers, both valid for two people. The Gordon Ramsay experience may require festive supplement charges between 1st November and 2nd January or have limited availability during this period. Please contact the restaurant before booking. A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill at Savoy Grill, payable on the day.

My husband and I had the
most amazing time. We were not made to feel like we were on an experience voucher like other places but just as normal customers having a superb meal. The food service and ambience was second to none. Will definitely do this

My wife and I ate here as a wedding present. I got to admit, it was fantastic experience. A 3-course set lunch (with choices) will only set you back about £47 each. Great value I thought, the portions were big enough to leave me struggling to wolf it all down.

We had a voucher for lunch however we went for evening dinner and the restaurant was happy to take our Red Letter Days voucher value towards the bill. A very enjoyable dinner in a very stylish venue.

Lovely place and food was good.
I do not feel that the cost of a gift voucher should be included in the tip. Happy to tip for the extras.

The service and food was fabulous. Be mindful of the gratuity and extra costs. Although a “voucher” for two three course lunch menu. We ended up spending an additional £103. This was acceptable to us given the experience, but be aware the voucher does not cover the whole event.

I was gifted a dinner for 2 at Gordon Ramsay's Savoy Grill by two very dear friends. With travel problems due to the Covid epidemic, it was some time before we were able to use the voucher, but last week we attended the Savoy Grill and had a super meal with wines included. It was a lovely afternoon spent eating well prepared food in fine surroundings and we would recommend the experience to all.
