You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people. For Gordon Ramsay: Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding key seasonal dates such as 21st November–2nd January, dependant on location. For River Thames Cruise: This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December and 1st January. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
For Gordon Ramsay: For those with dietary requirements, please enquire at point of booking. For River Thames Cruise: Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free. - Duration

All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For Gordon Ramsay: Please note days of the week and lunch/dinner availability will vary with each venue and are subject to change. This experience is available at the following locations only: Bread Street Kitchen Southwark, Bread Street Kitchen Edinburgh, Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool, Bread Street Kitchen on the River, Bread Street Kitchen Battersea and Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Park Walk. Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended. A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to your bill on the day. For River Thames Cruise: Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes. Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August. Please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day. This voucher cannot be extended.

The menu that the voucher 'pays for' is not the restaurant's main menu. It's a set menu with only a burger and cheap cut steak as the main. Bavette steak was chewy (it is a cheap cut) and chicken wings undercooked. three small beers and a bottle of water - £30. Service was good, but this was disappointing.

Though the website menu offers 'fish of the day' the ACTUAL menu did not. After querying this, some fish was found, cooked and served. Though perfectly cooked, the delicate flavour was hard to detect as the fish had been very heavily salted. My companion's 'medium rare' beef was really rare: almost 'bleu'. It was replaced with another steak which better matched our expectation. Free drinks were offered in compensation - just as well, with all that salt! Pleasant staff; service just a little too intrusive. Inadequate signage in the building.
