The Up at The O2 Experience is available week round. Please arrive 15 minutes before the climb – latecomers will not be admitted. Thames Cruise is available week round, year round. Not valid on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays. Not available in July and August. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Up at The O2: Minimum age: 8 years. Minimum height: 3ft 11in. Maximum weight: 21 stone. Maximum waist measurement: 49 inches. Maximum upper thigh measurement: 30 inches. For under 18s the relevant ratios of adults to children: 9 years is 1–1, 10–12 years is 1–2, 13–17 years is 1–4. Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances – no refunds will be provided for those found under the influence. Under 16s must be with an adult on the cruise. Under 5s travel free. - Dress Code
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including socks so the climb shoes provided can be worn. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. To use the Thames Cruise voucher, simply go along to the cruise operator 's ticket booth at one of the piers stated, with the voucher, on a chosen day. You cannot redeem the voucher at London Eye Pier. There is no need to book the Thames Cruise in advance – simply take a valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and receive a ticket valid for 24 hours. This voucher cannot be extended.
