The data we hold

We generally hold the below information about our customers:

Identity Data
Includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, date of birth and gender.

Contact Data
Includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Financial Data
Includes bank account and payment card details if you are a supplier. We do not hold this information for our customers.

Transaction Data
Includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Technical Data
Includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Profile Data
Includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

Usage Data
Includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, date of birth and gender.

Marketing and Communications Data
Includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.


Deleting your data

If you would like us to delete your personal Red Letter Days data, we first need to verify your identity.

What to do:

  • Leave your contact details using the form below*, and someone from our Customer Services team will get back to you within 2 working days

  • Once your identity has been verified, we will delete all of your personal data that we hold, and confirm via secure email
