Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over. Entrants must reside in the United Kingdom.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
3. To enter the promotion: You will require internet access to www.redletterdays.co.uk.
4. The instructions provided at the point of entry, form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
5. One entry per person. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
6. Other than as stated, any expenses incurred by the winner in the general use and/or enjoyment of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
8. If the prize is declined, or the winner cannot take up the prize or be contacted within a reasonable time, the prize will be forfeited and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
9. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
11. The Promoter’s decisions as to which entries are eligible to take part in this promotion and as to any other aspect of this promotion, are final.

14. The Red Letter Days voucher is for two people and is valid for 20 months.
15. The Red Letter Days voucher is available Monday–Thursday, subject to availability, excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, all bank holidays and school holidays. The spa is very popular – we suggest booking 8–12 weeks in advance. Please be aware that there are often wedding parties at the main hotel (particularly at weekends). Due to current circumstances, spa availability for this experience may be restricted or susceptible to further charges – please contact the supplier for further details. Check in after 3pm and check out of the hotel by 11am. Treatment times are confirmed on the day and last for 25 minutes each. Bring swimwear, flip flops and gym clothes for use in the fitness suite. Towels, robes and toiletries are provided. The restaurant dress code is smart. Gentlemen do not need to wear a jacket and tie, but sportswear is not permitted. To book any additional treatments, please call the spa, giving a minimum of two weeks’ notice. The £35 allocation towards dinner is for food only. This experience MUST be booked and taken by the expiry date shown on the voucher.
16. The Edge of Ember voucher is a gift card valid on edgeofember.com only. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Not to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
