Experience the challenging sport of clay shooting at EJ Churchill in Buckinghamshire, a multiple winner of the UK Shooting Ground of the Year Award and host of the World Shooting Championships. Established in 1891, EJ Churchill is the only shooting ground in the UK to have its own gun making facility. As the shooting venue of Olympic hopeful Amber Hill, this incredible range boasts 100 shooting traps that stretch over 40 acres of land. Head onto the range and receive safety briefing before being given a shotgun and 100 cartridges to share. An expert instructor is on-hand to offer guidance and once confident, it's ready, aim, fire as you see how many clays you can destroy in the space of an hour!
Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year excluding Christmas, New Year and bank holidays.
Minimum age 9 and participants must be strong enough to hold a shotgun. Under 18's need to be accompanied by an adult. Disabled customers are welcome, but parts of the experience takes place on uneven ground which might be unsuitable for wheelchairs.
Lasts for one hour, expect to spend about 75 minutes at the venue.

Gun tuition is exclusively for two.
Up to three spectators are welcome.
Dress for the weather. Warm layers in which you can move freely are recommended.
