A Chocolate Mini Masterclass

Learn fun and practical chocolate making skills from master patissier Eric Lanlard, who has baked cakes for stars such as Elton John, Liz Hurley and Madonna. There will be a brief seminar on the history of this indulgent ingredient, followed by a discussion on what it is that separates the magnificent from the mediocre in the world of chocolate. Afterwards, you will make your own chocolate and raspberry torte and rich chocolate truffles, with Eric on hand throughout to offer expert guidance. After the class, indulge in a champagne afternoon tea, then you may take home a Cake Boy apron and a gift shop voucher as well as your cake and truffles.
