They will reveal the top tricks of the trade, and display how to make fresh pasta dough, create tasty filling and how to roll it out perfectly. Watch as they demonstrate everything step by step and then get hands on for the chance to put to work everything learned in the workshop. Mix the ingredients, knead the dough, roll it out and shape it before packing it with the ultimate scrumptious filling. Prepare and create a mouth-watering ravioli dish and enjoy the chance to dine with the rest of the class at the end of session. Develop new cooking skills and become a master in professional pasta making.

Classes run on selected dates: 21st July – The Creamy Truffle Mushroom Ravioli, 10th November – The Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. - Participant Guidelines
