Bannatyne Relaxing Spa Day with 40 Minute Treatment for Two People

We booked to go to the spa at Wakefield and have it as a relaxing halfway stop up to our trip in Scotland. We were waiting for our treatments when a lady came in and said our therapist hadn’t turned up for work so couldn’t do our treatments. We decided to leave as the other facilities were lacking such as the steam room and the pool was being used for a fitness class so we left.

Red Letter Day staff have been very helpful and sorted the problem immediately.

Red letter day customer service were really helpful. I had misplaced my voucher and called them up, which they then gave me a replacement voucher online with ease.

The agent dealt with my problem quickly and to a satisfactory conclusion.

The massage was very good. The steam room was bliss. lhes taff were very polite, friendly and helpful. People around were very helpful as it was my first time at this place. My friend's locker key did not function and she had to make her way back to reception to get that sorted. Of the 2 jaccuzzis, one was not functional and the couple sitting in the only one available did not appear in a hurry to get out so we had to give it a miss. The restaurant had run out of simple things like ham and bacon which was our first choice The big blow to me was that I thought the car park was free but did not read the notice that there was a time limit to 4 hours per session. I was charged a £100 fine (£60 if I paid up within a week which I did) for over staying by 20 minutes). I think it is essential that this is pointed out by your customer service and the staff at reception to first time users as it was a shock for me to pay this out. and rather spoided the pleasant memories.
