Learn from expert chefs who will teach you a new skill through an interactive blend of demonstrations, hands-on cooking, tips and tricks. With a range of themed classes available, from classic curries, fried chicken and hand-rolled pasta to knife skills, butchery and baking, there’s something for every food lover. You’ll be learning in contemporary facilities – there’s even a cookbook library for you to explore! To top it all off, dine on your creations with your class or take them away to enjoy at home. You’ll also receive a recipe pack to help you continue your culinary journey.

  • Availability Description
    Available selected dates, Wednesday–Saturday, year round. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability. All dates are subject to availability.
  • Participant Guidelines
    Minimum age: 16 years. This class is suitable for all abilities. Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.
  • Duration
    Classes start at 6.30pm. Please allow up to two hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception.
  • Dress Code
    Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended.
