About the experience

Enjoy an eagle handling afternoon in Kent, learning about the natural behaviour of these amazing birds of prey under the guidance of a resident eagle expert. During the afternoon, there is a chance to try eagle handling. Participants will fly four resident birds to the glove and experience the incredible sensation of having a huge eagle balanced on their arm. Take a camera as there are sure to be plenty of great photo opportunities, especially when meeting the centre's resident Steller's Sea Eagle – one of the largest birds of prey in the world! At the end of the experience, head back to the centre for a hot cup of tea and a well-earned slice of cake.
