You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people. For iFLY: Available week round, year round. For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
For iFLY: Those with a disability should enquire with the venue on their eligibility to fly. Those with a history of neck, back or heart problems should seek medical advice before flying. If you have suffered a previous shoulder dislocation contact your doctor before flying. For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel for free. - Dress Code
For iFLY: Please arrive comfortably dressed and wear well-fitting lace-up trainers. Glasses can be worn in the tunnels as large protective goggles can be provided on site. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For iFLY: A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver on behalf of participants under 18. For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August. Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes. City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season) – please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day. This voucher cannot be extended. Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available.
