Looking for a unique activity for two? Try something new with a stand-up paddleboarding experience. The SUP Life, based on the River Thames between Henley-on-Thames and Oxford, offers stand-up paddleboarding lessons led by BSUPA-certified instructors. After a safety briefing and introduction, get kitted out in a wetsuit in preparation for the lesson. Once out in the water, get comfortable on the board and learn how to paddle, steer and balance. Enjoy undivided attention from the expert, who will teach heaps of handy tips and tricks.

This voucher is valid for two people. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Participants under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participants must be physically able to participate and comfortable in and around water (it is helpful to be able to swim 25 metres but not necessary). All participants must fill out a health declaration form prior to activity. - Weather
Bookings may be cancelled and rescheduled if there are adverse weather conditions. - Dress Code
