The highlight of this spa package is the 20-minute session in The Beach Hut, a cosy and comfortable room designed to replicate a sandy beach. Soak in some vitamin D and combat the winter blues as the lighting takes you from sunrise to sunset, with soothing sounds and smells to help you relax. Then it’s time to explore the rest of the facilities, which include a cedar plunge pool, wood-panelled farmers sauna, Peak District stonebath, hydrotherapy pool, Mill Wheel shower and more. For a tasty treat, head to The Country Inn for a delicious two-course lunch to round off the day.

  This voucher is valid for one person. Available Monday–Thursday, year round. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 16 years. Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or pregnancies at the point of booking.

• Duration Detail

  Choose your half-day spa slot from either 9am–12.30pm or 1pm–4.30pm. For morning spa slots, lunch is served at 1pm, and for afternoon spa slots, lunch is served at 12pm.

• Dress Code

  Please bring your own swimwear. Robes and towels are provided on the day.
