Beer Brewing Experience Day for Two at Sambrook's Brewery

What a wonderful experience!My family and I had the best time last Saturday touring the oldest Brewery in the UK with the brilliant John Hatch.The brewery is beautifully preserved and so well looked after. Plus the heritage centre includes a great little shop for a cheeky post-tour browse. The beer is PROPER beer. Expertly brewed and absolutely delicious.John's genuine passion, sense of humour and extensive knowledge is so impressive and unique, it was super refreshing compared to other tours we have experienced, and made our tour even better.We could have stayed for hours chatting to John about the history of the brewery and our family connections ??It was such a interesting and thought provoking evening. It meant a lot to my parents who both grew up, met and eventually got married in Wandsworth! It was a very special way to celebrate their 40 years of marriage.I 100% recommend this tour, even if you're not a beer fan. The incredible history and John's impressive expertise are what makes this an extra special experience.I can safely say that I definitely have a much better appreciation for proper ale and beer now!I really hope this hidden gem is celebrated for years to come. Don't hesitate, book it! ??P.s the pizzas next door were delicious ?? and well worth booking the pizza package for good value and a tasty bite after a few beers ??
