This coffee-roasting masterclass will have coffee lovers graduating to connoisseurs in no time! Begin with a warm welcome and a delicious cup of coffee. Then it's time to learn all the tricks of the roasting trade from the experts, including how flavours are developed in the roasting process. Watch a live demonstration of the 30kg BESCA ROASTER and grab the opportunity to give it a try. Next up, discover the different flavours and characteristics of coffees from around the world with a coffee-tasting session. Continuing the journey, it's time to take the freshly roasted coffee to the professional espresso machine, where a barista will explain how to make the perfect espresso. Finish the experience with a coffee ’til cocktails masterclass, where guests learn how to make a delicious espresso martini. Cheers!

Andrea - Coffee knowledge guru is a grad master!

Thanks you Andrea and Hej ?? coffee company for hosting such an amazing coffee, knowledge and tasting experience! I learnt so much about the coffee experience from seed to sip! My wife and I had fun whilst doing so with other fellow learners plus some great tasting and smelling coffee! Superb stuff and keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed the experience

Such a great experience in a lovely coffee shop with a really knowledgable chap. The only down side was it was about 4 hours of standing in one place, but the format was brilliant and I feel like I learned a lot.

Average experience

The first two hours were all about how coffee is made and processed. This was dragged out massively and could have been explained in 20 minutes. Then we were shown has coffee is roasted in a small home machine. The explanations were in great depth but there was no participation for the first 3 hours. The last hour was very good. We got to taste different roasted coffees and ask lots of questions. We then got to have a go on the espresso machine and the instructor answered a lot of our questions on different brewing techniques. The instructor was very experienced and helpful. Overall there was way too much theory and not enough practical. I really enjoyed the last part but I wouldn’t recommend this experience on the whole.
