Fabulous Tour of Kew Gardens!

This tour was gift for my husband but we both enjoyed it immensely. Our guide Carolyn was so knowledgeable and full of fascinating facts and information as we walked through the grounds and the Princess of Wales Glasshouses. We were lucky to have warm Autumn weather and vibrant colours. We stayed in the garden the whole day after our tour and climbed the Treetop Walk and had had lunch in the lovely Orangery restaurant. A fabulous day, we didn’t want to leave!!

Highly informative

Great introduction to the garden that can only scratch the surface. Gave me a thirst to learn more.

Fabulous day!

A wonderful day at Kew. The tour guide Angela was amazing! She was knowledgeable, informative and interesting. We came away having learnt so much which we hadn’t expected. After the tour we continued exploring Kew Gardens and enjoyed all that we saw. Loved the Treetop walk - especially as it was a bit windy. Thank you to my son for such a thoughtful gift, and Angela and Kew for an amazing day.

A great day out with a good (personal) guide

We were signed in at the entrance and told to go to the Information desk inside the cafe at Victoria Gate. We met our guide and she took us round the Palm House, Rose Garden, Temperate House, Pagoda and Japanse Garden - all in 1 hour. She was very knowledgeable, and was willing to make detours to show us other items of interest. All in all a great tour. Only one thing not so good was our decision to eat in the Pavilion Bar and Grill near to the Lion Gate - VERY poor quality food (my wife had to return her fish and chips as the fish was not cooked)!
