Perfect place to stay

Arrived on a very rainy day and were able to dry off in front of a log burner with a relaxing glass of wine. Staff were all very friendly. Room was perfect to house us and our dog - very clean. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious. We will be back to stay again.

A lovely experience

We received this experience as a gift and we have a great 2-days away. The course was in excellent condition, we are pleased we had a buggy as we played 4 rounds in 2-days. The people in the golf club, on the course and at the hotel were all very friendly and we are already planning next years visit as we enjoyed it so much.

Great Red Letter Experience

Excellent gift. Although our gift was to stay in one of the pods, there were only 6 available and there was no availability for the time we wanted to go, in fact, the earliest availability from booking in April was November or the following year. There are only 6 pods. We upgraded to stay in the hotel as an alternative which did not disappoint. Excellent hotel and the food was amazing.

Bulltown farmhouse

There are places where you are able to soak up the atmosphere gone by. If a fan of quaint, you’ll love this place. It has oodles of attractive features. There are beams holding everything together. The sitting room is an oasis of calm; sit back and relax, rest your eyes and envision having been transported back to the twenties or thirties, or before. A glance from a bedroom window brought a moment of delight, watching the ducks splash in the pond , and flex their wings. From another window, gaze at what seems an endless vista of farmland. In the dining room, breakfast is served, to be eaten with cutlery that my grandmother had used, which had been or handed down. The room also included a Welsh Dresser, shelving an array of items, which I hesitate to call, nick-backs, as these at one time were everyday items. Out and about there are walks on the North Downs. One or more may lead to a lovely pub, with lovely beer and lovely food. To say I was enamoured by the place, would generate a thumbs-up. Would I go back? Uh huh.
