Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to operational changes. All dates are subject to availability.

  Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel for free.

• Duration Detail

  This voucher is valid for 24 hours, from the time of your first boat trip to the same time the following day. City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season). Please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day.

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August. There is no need to book the River Thames cruise vouchers in advance – simply take the valid voucher on the chosen day to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and receive a ticket valid for 24 hours.
