Afternoon tea at The Lowry Hotel was a real treat, staff were lovely, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The cakes we couldn't manage were boxed up for us to take home.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! All the animals looked happy and well cared for, any staff we bumped into were so friendly and helpful answering any questions about the animals we had, nothing seemed to much! I recently visited Chawton Park Spa with my mum and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The spa itself is lovely, with clean, well-maintained facilities and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. We both appreciated the quality of the treatments—they were professionally done and left us feeling refreshed and pampered. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Even though she was clearly very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her, and she always had a smile on her face. She really made a difference to our day. A great place for a relaxing day out, especially to enjoy with someone special. Great value for money.

My husband and I were gifted this experience by a friend for Christmas. The voucher came in a nice red envelope. Booking had to be made by contacting the restaurant directly, rather than online. So it wasn't the easiest but since we had allergies we would have called or emailed anyway. The experience itself was amazing! The restaurant was quiet at 12pm even on a Saturday (I think most people go for dinner). The staff was polite and we knew we stepped into a luxurious place. The food was very tasty!! It was just enough that neither of us felt peckish until dinner (despite walking a LOT the rest of the day), but not too much so we could enjoy it all without feeling bloated. We are both very much into Japanese culture, and can say that Ginza St James offer an authentic experience, for Japanese lovers and curious foodies fan alike. The wagyu menchi katsu was divine, especially dipped in the sauce made of raw yok and soy. We had a glass of champagne included, and treated ourselves to lovely cocktails too. The tea selection is unique and I found a new favourite. The restaurant dealt really well with our allergies too, they had it all written and adapted slightly the menu for us. I highly recommend this experience; it's unique and really worth it! PS: I only was allowed to upload 2 pictures, there was more food on the table!

My daughters bought me a Red Letter Day voucher for a London Theatre, my wife and me are of that age. Easy to book online and a date was decided. Train to London on a warm sunny February day, coffee before the show as it has to be done. Arrived at His Majesty’s Theatre to see Phantom of the Opera, all the staff were friendly and helpful. A pre show drink and then find our seats, a great view in a lovely theatre. The show was amazing and all the cast were fantastic. A brilliant day out.

Absolutely stunning restaurant. Upgraded to a window seat to maximise the experience. Waiting staff were lovely and food delicious. Definitely a fantastic gift.
