A Flavour of the Middle East at Cookery School in London
Become immersed in the soft spices and fragrant aromas of the Middle East with a five hour cooking class at an award-winning cookery school. The day starts with a delicious welcome breakfast. Then it's time to roll up sleeves and learn new techniques and recipes, beginning with an introduction to bread making. Create tasty meze, gorgeous cakes, delicately-flavoured ice cream, traditional lamb tagine and much more. When the class ends, enjoy the fruits of your labour along with specially matched wines, then finish off with biscuits, tea and coffee. Thanks to expert guidance, leave the school with brand new skills and ideas which can be improved still further at home.

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
