So many dishes are founded on the basic stew. Master this most versatile group of dishes with Cookery School's Stews and Casseroles class. Learn to create a classic Bolognese with ground beef; try your hand at a Moroccan lamb tagine and discover the secret to the perfect French beef Bourguignon. Many other dishes will be covered too, allowing plenty of learning and practice. To go with them, create perfect rice, Italian polenta and dumplings. All ingredients used at the school are high quality, sustainably sourced and, wherever possible, also organic. At the end of the day, take away a pack of recipes and extend the new-found knowledge to a whole range of stews and casseroles from around the world.

Minimum age is 16.
Lasts around three hours.
- Numbers on the Day
There will be one seasoned chef for every ten participants.
- Dress Code
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
