McLaren 570S Thrill at Prestwold

Make like a rock star and get behind the wheel of a McLaren 570S for some driving at in its purest form. Once you've arrived at the Prestwold Driving Centre, there will be a friendly welcome followed by an introduction to the car and a safety briefing. Then it's time to drive for six miles where the 570S' power can be fully experienced. After the six miles are over, you'll be awarded a certificate to keep as a reminder. Its an invigorating experience that won't be forgetten in a hurry.

• Availability Description

  Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year, at least two dates per month.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum height is 5', maximum is 6'5''. Maximum weight is 20 stone. You'll need a full British or international manual driving licence: bring both parts with you on the day to guarantee participation.

• Weather

  Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The venue will contact you if the experience is cancelled for any reason.

• Duration Detail

  Lasts between one and two hours, including a welcome, briefing and six miles driving time.

• Numbers On The Day

  Actual driving time is held on a one-to-one basis.

• Dress Code

  Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. Any special equipment will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own crash helmet if you have one (which will be tested by the instructor before you drive).
