The Bear Grylls Adventure Shark Dive for Two
Overview
Venture beneath the waves and get up close and personal with some incredible aquatic creatures with a two-hour shark dive experience for two people at The Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham. Get ready to take the plunge with this unforgettable experience, with all diving and safety equipment provided as well as a full safety briefing by the expert instructors. Before jumping into the impressive oceanarium, you’ll have the chance to master the skills and warm up in the training pool so you’re ready to walk the underwater route. With up to 25 minutes in the tropical tank, you’ll get to come face to face with Nurse Sharks, Black Tip Reef Sharks and over 800 other magnificent species. Each dive generates a donation to The Shark Trust, and you’ll also receive a PADI beginners’ certificate to mark the completion of your dive. Don’t forget to try out the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course before you go for an extra challenge.

Available for off-peak sessions, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 10 years. Guests aged 10–16 years must have an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parents with children aged 10–13 years must stay on site throughout. - Duration
This activity lasts for two hours. - Dress Code
It is recommended that participants wear comfortable active wear. Wetsuits are provided but participants must bring their own swimwear and a towel. If visibility is impaired without glasses, please bring a prescription mask. Please refrain from wearing makeup or remove any makeup before entering the tank. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. All participants must complete a waiver upon check in, plus a Dive medical form. If anything on the medical form applies, the guest must seek a doctor’s note confirming they are fit and able to take part and have the note with them on the day. This activity is not suitable for pregnant people. Free on-site lockers are available to store valuables and loose items.
