The Bear Grylls Adventure iFLY Experience for One
Overview
Feel an adrenaline rush like no other with a one-hour iFLY experience for one person at The Bear Grylls Adventure. Located at The NEC in Birmingham, this indoor wind tunnel will have you feeling as if you’re falling through the air on a real-life skydive as you enjoy two one-minute flights, equivalent to three 12,000ft skydives that are sure to have your pulse racing. Your experience begins with a full safety briefing from an expert instructor who will teach you the positions and hand signals you’ll need and accompany you throughout. There’s also the chance to purchase a video of your flights as a memento. Top off the day with an added challenge and enjoy unlimited access to the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course.

Available for off-peak sessions, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Those who have previously suffered from a shoulder dislocation or a neck or back injury will not be permitted to fly. Minimum age: 5 years. 5-9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult aged 18 or over. Guests aged 10–17 years must have an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Maximum weight is 18st (114kg). Maximum height is 6’7” (203cm). - Duration
This activity lasts for one hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before the activity start time. - Dress Code
It is recommended that participants wear comfortable active wear and closed toe shoes. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. All participants must complete a waiver upon check in, plus a risk declaration for iFLY. Free on-site lockers are available to store valuables and loose items. No jewellery, mobile phones or loose items can be worn during this activity. This experience is not suitable for pregnant people.
