All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Haughton Hall will require a credit/debit pre-authorisation on arrival for a bathrobe and padlock for use during the day and if all items are returned, no money will be taken, if the spa does not receive the items back then £50 will be charged.
