Serenity Spa Day at QHotels Collections for Two with a Treatment and Lunch with Prosecco – Weekdays

Swim was good, steam, sauna, 2 fabulous treatments and a lovely lunch - perfect day!

I received my gift for Christmas the one before lockdown, so waited a while to use it. It was great from the minute we arrived. Everyone was expecting us. We had a light lunch included and there was plenty to eat. We also had 60.minutes of treatments so had a face and foot massage. They were amazing and all the staff were very friendlly. A great day out thank you!

Spa was very basic, jacuzzi was broken. Upgrade for afternoon tea was £10pp and then u didn’t get Prosecco. The cream for the scones wasn’t real clotted cream and as I was gluten free I only got a piece of brownie for my cake choices. Treatment was good but I wanted a hot stone massage that u had to pre order but no one mentioned that when booking or on arrival so it wasn’t available.

Treatments were lovely and facilities were good.

I was really looking forward to using my spa day voucher but my boyfriend and i were disappointed with the service or lack of that we experienced on the day. We were greeted well and the treatments we received were great however there was a lack of navigation for the day and a lack of communication which led us to be left alone for an hour in the hotels relaxation room. We had to change into our own clothes after our massage but were still covered in oil and being abandoned with no direction left my partner very anxious. The lunch at the hotel was enjoyable and the staff were pleasant. The swimming pool was adequate but not private for the spa so we were mixing with people doing lanes and it felt like a regular swim centre not a spa. I wouldn't return to the hotel for a visit.

Really enjoyable spa day with lovely treatments. We had the back massage, exfoliation, facial and head massage, all very relaxing. The lunch was superb! Little bowls of food main food set out on a buffet, salad and dessert. We thought it was just going to be sandwiches but it was so much better! A really enjoyable experience and I recommend it. Only downside was there wasn’t a lock on one of the toilet doors and shower door was broken so we just used another one.

The staff are all very welcoming and very professional, making our experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

We finally got round to using a joint valentines gift, and it did not disappoint, the spa was lovely and clean, the pool was lovely with use of the sauna and steam room, all very clean again. The food was delicious, and was a lot bigger than we expected for a light lunch. Staff we helpful and friendly, perfect day for us to spend some quality time together

The spa at QHotel Ashford was lovely. We spent the day there and enjoyed the surroundings and facilities, enjoying a pre-weeding treat with my daughter.
