Enjoy a gin cocktail on arrival before settling in for an introduction to some of the key highlights to be enjoyed throughout the session. The class instructor will then provide insights into the somewhat sinister past and explain gin’s original medicinal purposes. Sample a selection of different flavours enjoyed throughout history and learn more of this popular English spirit. At the end of the tasting experience, there will be an opportunity to mix and create gin.
