Receive two vouchers, both valid for two people. The Lastminute.com London Eye is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day and a two week period in January. The London Eye is open daily from 11am–6pm, but opening times may vary. Patisserie Valerie is available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines

Went to Valerie in Cambridge, Fitzroy Street for lunch meeting a friend. Excellent choice of menu and cakes and the lady serving us was just the nicest ever!

Ladies serving and preparing the food were amazing. I watched one lady prepare our baguettes . The care and attention to making it the perfect lunch came so naturally. You just don't see service like this very often now days. The ladies and their service made this a place we will definitely be visiting again. ??

Bacon in brioche roll was squashed and grilled like a panini, with bacon pre-cooked, tasteless and horrible. Cream eclair tasted like the cream was on the turn and left horrible residue in mouth. Tea was weak and tasteless. One server was same gloves to clear tables, put rubbish into bin and serve! Also blue her nose into tissue and didn't change her gloves, disgusting!

Having been forced to pay a small additional sum to purchase this at the last moment as the bought experience was no longer offered, this limited lunch disappointed when restricted to four choices of cake and then the carrot cake was dry and hard. The waitress told us that it, like the caramel biscuit was baked differently to the others!!!!!
