Spend the day immersed in the natural world as you explore the breathtaking gardens at Hyde Hall. From the tropical features of the Queen Mother’s Garden and the incredible drought resistant plants of the Dry Garden to the beautiful blooms of the Rose Garden and the rare edible plants of the Global Growth Vegetable Garden, there’s something here to delight traditionalists and modernists alike. Learn all about each area from the guidebook included. When you’re done exploring, head to Greenwoods Hotel and Spa, a nearby 17th-century manor house. Here, you’ll be treated to an indulgent afternoon tea for two, plus full spa access to help you unwind and relax in peace.

  • Availability Description
    You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. For RHS Garden Hyde Hall: Available week round, year round, excluding RHS Garden Hyde Hall Flower Show, RHS Garden Hyde Hall Glow and Christmas Day. Customers must complete an online form to redeem their voucher, 72 hours prior to arrival. For Greenwoods Hotel and Spa: Available Monday–Friday, subject to availability. Due to popularity, it is advised that you book 5-6 months in advance. All dates are subject to availability.
  • Participant Guidelines
    RHS Garden Hyde Hall is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters. Please inform Greenwoods Hotel in advance of any specific dietary restrictions.
  • Duration
    From March to October the garden is open from 10am–6pm, with last entry at 5pm. From November to February the garden is open from 10am–4pm, with last entry at 3pm. Spa access is from 2pm until 9pm.

Wonderful Gift
Greenwoods is a well appointed well run site. The staff are friendly and the facilities warm and inviting the food was lovely too.

Nice spa experience
Was a lovely afternoon with, sandwiches and cakes. Before relaxing in the spa. Did feel spa needed some updates. As floor drain plates were loose in the showers in changing room and also by the pool area. Also missing the little touches, like slippers. Rather than having to walk bare foot across the spa area's. Or a note to say when booking that suitable footwear for the spa area is advised.

Very Impressed
Very impressed with our afternoon. Afternoon tea was lovely, all fresh and way more cakes than you could eat (was able to get take home box), in lovely comfortable lounge area. Spa facilities were good and clean (steam room by pool not working but they had another furrher down a corridor), not too busy so always had a pool lounger and room in the jacuzzi! Relaxation rooms not very big and only 3 hot stone beds so did have to wait our turn. Didn't have any treatments but facilities looked very nice. Will definately return and would recommend for a relaxing afternoon in beautiful surroundings.
