    You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. For The View from The Shard: Available for entry week–round, year round. For Afternoon Tea at The Hansom: Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability.

    For The View from The Shard: Minimum age: 4 years. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket. For Afternoon Tea at The Hansom: Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.

    All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For The View from The Shard: Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier. For Afternoon Tea at The Hansom: A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

We travelled over to nearby Borough market and had booked the Shard from 1pm however once we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 2pm! Other than that it was fantastic

Brilliant Experience
I booked view from The Shard for 2 at 1.15 on a Sunday, when I checked the website it doesn’t open until 2, but I didn’t need to worry we went at 2 and were shown straight to the fast track entry and went right in up. It wasn’t too busy, the views were amazing over London. A thoroughly enjoyable experience I recommend it.

Excellent
Superb ambiance. Staff attentive. The afternoon tea itself was generous and interesting. The usual tea, coffee and scones, but with additional drink choices and an amazing variety of cakes and sandwiches. No pressure to be out in a certain time, which was good as it took a long time to get through it all.
