This voucher is valid for two people. The Harrods cream tea is available between 11am–7pm, Monday–Saturday (last sitting is 5.15pm) and Sunday from 1pm–6pm (last sitting is 4.15pm), excluding 24th–26th December. The cruise is not available on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Under 16 years must be accompanied on the river cruise by an adult. Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. There is a 10% service charge at Harrods. To use your river cruise voucher, simply go along to the cruise operator’s ticket booth at one of the piers stated, along with your voucher, on your chosen day. There is no need to book in advance. You cannot redeem your voucher at London Eye Pier. This experience cannot be extended. There is limited availability for the Harrods experience on Saturdays, please book at least four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you inform the venue of any dietary requirements at point of booking.

You really cannot fault Harrods. Everything ran so smoothly and the food was excellent. We couldn't finish it.

Beautiful surroundings, tea and scones were delicious...... however the service was not!!!
We didn't have napkins and when asked he brought serviettes then napkins.... my husbands G&T they put cucumber in glass which he cannot stand and after removing we asked if glass could be changed as still tasted but did not do so...... then charged £8:75 service change just for the 2 drinks!!!!
Not worth the money, but setting is beautiful

The experience was great. I went with my 11 Yr old son. Staff were extremely respectful abd professional. Tea and scones were amazing. The best I ever had.
