Full Day Survival School in Cornwall

Spend a full day in Cornwall learning the essential skills necessary to survive in a woodland setting from a set of highly trained extreme survival ex-military. The team of instructors include a helicopter pilot, an RAF navigator, a parachute jumping instructor and an infantry soldier, who all have real experience of survival in extremely hostile environments. Learn basic survival psychology, safety and how to be self-sufficient in a woodland environment. During the survival day, scavenge and hunt for materials to build a shelter, prepare water so that it's safe to drink and navigate using natures clues. This day of exploration does include a stop to enjoy lunch the outdoors way; around a camp fire. Leave feeling ready for anything!

• Availability Description

  At least five days per month, throughout the year.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 8. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Owing to the rough terrain, there is no disabled access.

• Duration Detail

  From 9am until 5pm.

• Numbers On The Day

  Maximum of six people per group.

• Dress Code

  Activities are conducted outdoors. We recommend wearing old or inexpensive clothes, wellies, old trainers and waterproofs. Sensible footwear is necessary as the ground is sometimes uneven. In hot weather, sun cream, sunglasses and sun hats are advisable.
