Get behind the wheel of a specially-prepared rally car and discover the secrets of power slides, handbrake turns and skid cause and control on loose surface or tarmac rally stages - handy for the next time you're trying to find the ski lodge in a hire car. This rally driving experience includes tuition and rally driving around a specially-prepared rally stage. At some rally driving venues, you'll also be chauffeured around a stage by your instructor at competition speeds, just to show you how it's done. The itinerary and the make of car you drive will vary from venue to venue, from a range which includes the Peugeot 206, the ever-popular Fords (Escort MkII, Fiesta, Focus, Sierra or Puma), Subaru or Suzuki Swift.

Dates run a minimum of monthly at various venues throughout the year. Weekend dates are always busy - book at least six weeks in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Some venues have height and weight restrictions, please check when booking. A full and current manual driving licence must be produced on the day to guarantee participation.
Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt.
Duration varies from venue to venue. As a guide, be at the venue for between an hour and a half to around four hours, including a briefing, tuition, driving time and debrief.
- Numbers on the Day
There will be up to six participants per group, depending on the location. During the driving bit, only you and the instructor will be in the vehicle.
- Dress Code
Wear flat shoes or trainers which are comfortable for driving. Helmets are provided.
