Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding
Choose from multiple experiences
Get active with a fun-filled introduction to stand up paddleboarding. Available at locations across the UK, the sessions provide aquatic adventure seekers with the opportunity to get involved in one of the nation's fastest growing water sports. Sharing similarities with surfing and kayaking, paddleboarding consists of balancing upon an oversized board and guiding it through the water with a single paddle. Set things in motion with a group briefing on dry land, before hopping into the water to learn the basics. Hosted by qualified instructors, the sessions provide the perfect taster of the sport, covering techniques for balance, foot-position, board control and self-rescue. It's a must try for any water sports enthusiast!
