  Minimum age: 8 years. Please note, all children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ yrs) on the course. Minimum weight: 30kg. Minimum height: 1.2m. This experience is unsuitable for pregnant women, or those who are unable to carry out moderate exercise.
