Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Vouchers must be redeemed in advance of arrival at the Eden Project. Please allow a minimum of one working day to activate your Membership. Eden Project memberships are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend please email membership@edenproject.com with your booking reference. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor gardens but not inside the biomes and playground, with the exception of guide dogs.
