  This voucher is valid for two people. Available Monday–Friday, year round. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+). ID may be requested for those who look under 18. Participants must be 3'9" or taller. Please contact The Crystal Maze Experience about a disability or an injury to discuss eligibility. Unfortunately, pregnant women can’t take part in this experience. Anyone under the influence will not be allowed to take part.

• Duration Detail

  The experience lasts for approximately 70 minutes, including the safety briefing. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on the ticket.

• Dress Code

  Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes – no high heels or open-toed sandals.
