  Available Monday-Friday. Most venues operate March-November inclusive. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 17 years (under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult). Adults shorter than 148cm (4ft 10ins), taller than 195cm (6ft 4ins) or weighing over 20 stone, may have difficulty being accommodated. You must have a full UK driving license and be able to understand the safety briefing and instructors directions.

• Dress Code

  Wear comfortable clothes and flat, narrow-soled shoes. Helmets are provided.
