Very nice pleasant staff. Lovely decorated bus spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Only thing that spoiled our tour was the lack of a good tour guide. We were informed that it was a limited guide of Glasgow.

We spent most of the time driving through pretty unscenic parts of Glasgow. The front seats upstairs were very cramped and the gluten free sandwiches were on very dry, unbuttoned white bread though the cakes were nice enough. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Disappointed that staff had no record of our booking but they were great and made us welcome. Food was good but not the experience I expected.
