Gin Masterclass for Two at Crossbill Gin Distillery

Discover the wonderful world of gin with this masterclass at Crossbill Gin Distillery. This Glaswegian distillery hand harvests their botanicals in the Scottish Highlands, using wild Scottish juniper and rosehip, to create a beautifully refined gin with a bold taste and freshness. Sample some of their unique spirits with a tutored tasting while learning all about how gin is made from the experts. After learning about the various botanicals, select unique blends to create and distil a 50cl gin in a miniature copper pot. This insightful session is finished by bottling, labelling and wax-sealing the bespoke creation to take home and enjoy.
