Yacht Sailing Evening for Two

Experiencing the extravagance of a luxury skippered sailing yacht could be a superb end to a romantic day, or the perfect start to a night on the town. Start with a safety briefing on board a luxury skippered sailing yacht, then don some official sailing gear and a lifejacket. Willing participants can take the wheel and actively partake in some sailing, or if that sounds too daunting, just sit back and enjoy the cruise and views of Brighton and Hove with fellow crew members. Light refreshments (water, juice, teas, coffees and light snacks) are provided during the sail.

• Availability Description

  Selected Saturday evenings, at least once a month from May until August.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 16 accompanied by another voucher holding adult and 18 unaccompanied. No weight limit applies. Agility to get on and off the boat necessary but no previous sailing needed, and non-swimmers are welcome.

• Weather

  Sailing is a weather dependent activity and therefore it's vital to call the venue the day before your booking, to confirm conditions and go ahead. If postponed, an alternative date will be arranged.

• Duration Detail

  Runs approximately two hours during the evening. Please allow some extra time for a possible later return, depending on the tide and weather on the day. Please arrive in good time (ideally few minutes in advance).

• Numbers On The Day

  Share with up to ten people plus a cruising or yacht master instructor on board.

• Dress Code

  Wear flat, soft and light-soled, non-marking shoes (deck shoes or trainers) or you won't be permitted aboard. Wear layers, it can get cold, bring extra clothes and sun protection. Life-jackets and sailing gear is provided.

• Other Info

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Where possible you will both race on the same boat together but please be aware that as two boats are used for the experience, this cannot be guaranteed.
